We have strong connections with some of the best publishing houses in London, including Penguin Random House and Bloomsbury Publishing and would be thrilled to pitch the idea of a female empowerment community cookbook.

The project would be aimed at empowering women who have honed their culinary skills with Raan. Each women contributes a unique recipe that reflects her culinary expertise and cultural influence. Each recipe to be introduced with a personal story about the woman who contributed it.

To emphasise the sustainability aspect of Raan’s culinary approach, we recommend that each recipe showcases the use of hydroponically grown ingredients, tips for minimising food waste, and promoting eco-friendly cooking techniques.

The cookbook can be organised around various themes - regional cuisine, family favourites, special occasion dishes, desserts, etc.

A portion of the proceeds from the cookbook sales could be allocated towards programmes or initiatives that empower women in the culinary industry.
