Private Events

In order to book the highest quality private events, we would suggest working with a select number of event listing sites like Square Meal, Canvas Events, Headbox etc. We understand which listing sites perform well, and what marketing support each partner should be offering.

• We would set up listings for you and manage them on going to ensure they are optimised. 

• Certain sites e.g. Square Meal has algorithms where the more you publish on your listing (even deleting and re-posting imagery), the better the listing will perform on the platform as you are seen to be active. Our understanding of these niche platforms mean we will be encouraging as many events bookings for Raan. 

• Prior to setting up these listings we will also ensure we have strong photography and an events brochure in place. 

• Concierge partners - we would also work with concierge partners like Quintessentially and Ten Group, to provide their affluent clients with bespoke events. We would invite the concierge partners in to experience Raan as a first point of call, with a view to recommend it to their members. We can then look at building bespoke events with the concierge companies.
