Personal Assistants
Personal assistants are the key decision makers for corporate events.
We work with a number of PA Networks e.g. Miss Jones PA and PA Life, who engage with their networks of thousands of PAs and recommend locations to book.
We would suggest working with a number of PA networks. Some of these are paid or you can work with networks like Miss Jones PA on a commission basis, where they send corporate events your way and you give them a 10% kick back.
The ways in which we can work with PA partners includes… a PA showcase at the venue, with the partner securing X number of PAs for an event to showcase the food, drink and events spaces. We can also secure spaces in the PA networks e-mailers that are sent out to their PA contacts or via their social media.
Raan PA Club
Launching a Raan PA Club is a great way to stay engaged with PA’s. This would also mean not having to rely so heavily on the PA networks - who will liaise with PAs on your behalf but not share their data.
Our own PA Club will be a slower start but it means you have direct access to the PAs.
We suggest the Club being free to join via a signup form on the website, with the PA’s data being saved in your CRM system.
For joining the Club, the PA gets a dedicated PA Club email address which is closely monitored by the team, allowing them to get fast tracked access to tables and meeting rooms.
Ultimately if you can help PAs with those last minute bookings from their boss, they are more likely to book with you.
There should also be an incentive for the PA e.g. for every 3-5 events you book with us (10+ people), we’ll give you a £100 voucher to spend in the venue.
You can also then market to the PA Club e.g. encouraging Christmas bookings, if a new private dining space is refurbished etc.
Alternatively you could market this as a Corporate Club so it feels inclusive to all corporate bookings.
