Third parties

We would also own management of any third party partners, which may include the likes of CODE Hospitality, First Table, The Handbook, Sustainable Restaurant Association etc. We have strong experience working with most (if not all) of the hospitality marketing partners and understand which are worth investing in, and which are not.

We would work on a plan of recommended third party partners based on the objectives. This may include:

  • CODE Hospitality - to encourage late night hospitality worker visits and discounts for hospitality workers. 

  • First Table - the app to encourage bookings on very early and very late tables with incentives. 

  • Sustainable Restaurant Association - obviously with Iqbal so involved with the SRA and Raan having such a strong sustainability focus, we’d encourage working closely with the SRA. We would ensure Raan is accredited with the Food Made Good Standard and put Raan forward for the annual SRA Awards. We could also look into other sustainability accreditations like B Corp. 

  • We may also suggest working with a publication such as The Handbook or The Sauce on an annual marketing agreement. Unfortunately the current landscape means more and more publications are charging for content, and will only provide coverage to their commercial partners. We will suggest the best partners to work with for ROI, to ensure the Raan name is consistently out in the media. NB. this is not for all publications by any stretch, but some titles that used to be free like The Handbook are now charging. We would only really suggest ever working with one title on this commercial basis.
